With industry-leading manufacturers, cutting-edge materials, and a bold belief that quality sleep should be accessible to all, Duo needed a digital foundation to match. Seven52 was brought on to develop the brand from the ground up, creating a complete brand identity, a high-converting e-commerce website, and an online shopping experience that’s as effortless as the perfect night’s sleep.
Duo entered a competitive market with a unique proposition: thick, heavy, machine-made mattresses with 25cm deep pocket springs and no compromise on materials. The brand needed to feel fresh and accessible, but also confident, credible, and built to last.
We created a full brand identity that balanced warmth with clarity. The logo is soft yet structured. The colour palette blends calming neutrals with optimistic highlights. Typography was selected for its readability and modern feel. Combined with a reassuring tone of voice, the Duo brand is designed to speak to real people looking for real comfort, without overcomplicating the message.
The core idea was simple: better sleep starts with better materials. That became the driving force behind the brand language and visual direction.
With the brand in place, we turned to the website. Duo needed more than just a storefront, it needed a digital destination that could showcase the quality of its products, support high-volume e-commerce, and simplify the mattress-buying process for every kind of customer.
The site was designed and developed with the user journey in mind, from first visit to checkout. Mattress pages feature detailed specifications, benefits-led content, and clear pricing. Each product tells a story, about construction, technology, weight, and depth helping customers make informed decisions without friction.
We integrated a secure and streamlined payment system, ensuring that Duo was set up for scale from day one. The backend supports promotions, bundles, shipping logic, and custom order management, giving the Duo team the flexibility they need to grow.
