The challenge
A better route to the right franchise partners.
Local Eats needed to attract prospective franchisees who understood the investment, technology, operating model and support available, rather than relying on high-volume directory enquiries of variable quality. The opportunity had to feel compelling without obscuring the detail a serious applicant needs to evaluate it.
The UK and Irish markets also required distinct acquisition journeys. Currency, investment levels, territory availability and market context needed to be relevant from advertisement through to enquiry.

Our approach
A direct system for franchise recruitment.
We structured the website around the franchise decision journey, from the opportunity and business model to investment, technology, support, territory availability and the next step. This gives prospective owners a clearer way to decide whether the proposition suits them.
Paid campaigns bring relevant audiences directly into that journey using separate UK and Irish structures. Performance is evaluated against applicant quality and sales-process progression, not only form submissions.

Website Design
Turning a franchise model into a clear opportunity.
The Local Eats website presents the complete food-ordering franchise proposition as a logical commercial narrative. It explains how the model works, what the investment provides, the technology and support included, the territory opportunity and the stages after enquiry.
Evidence from the network and a clear application journey help prospective franchisees understand both the opportunity and the role they will play in building local relationships, restaurant supply and awareness.
- Opportunity, investment and support journey
- Technology, territory and operating-model explanation
- Evidence-led franchise recruitment content
- Enquiry capture for market and readiness context

Paid Advertising
Creating a connected franchise recruitment engine.
Paid advertising gives Local Eats a direct route to prospective business owners without placing the brand alongside unrelated directory opportunities. Separate UK and Irish campaigns allow targeting, investment messages, territories, currencies and budgets to reflect each market.
Campaign decisions are connected to application completeness, investment readiness, territory suitability and qualified conversations. Feedback from the recruitment team improves the audiences, search terms, creative and landing pages that create the strongest franchise opportunities.
- Independent UK and Republic of Ireland campaign structures
- Territory, investment and proposition-led messaging
- Direct campaign-to-website journey alignment
- Applicant-quality optimisation beyond cost per lead

The connected impact
Stronger applications with more context.
The website and paid campaigns function as one direct franchise recruitment system. Campaigns introduce prospective owners to the opportunity, while the website provides the information and confidence required to evaluate it before submitting relevant details.
Application data, site behaviour and recruitment-team feedback then improve market targeting, qualification and messaging. Local Eats owns the journey, data and relationship from the first interaction.
Overall results
Measured across the connected programme rather than isolated channel activity.
