The challenge
Making premium shopping feel more considered.
A multi-vendor marketplace must serve two different audiences simultaneously. Customers expect an easy and consistent shopping experience, even when purchasing products from different vendors. They need to browse categories, discover new products and move through checkout without the marketplace feeling fragmented. Vendors need a platform that gives their products visibility, makes listings manageable and provides a credible environment in which to sell.
Mint Market also needed an identity capable of holding everything together. If the marketplace brand became too dominant, it could compete with the individual sellers. If it lacked personality, the experience could feel generic and transactional. Our challenge was to create a recognisable brand and digital ecosystem that gave Mint Market its own character while allowing every vendor and product to stand out.

Our approach
A brand and platform built around discovery.
We developed the brand identity and website as two connected parts of the same marketplace experience. The identity established Mint Market as fresh, contemporary and built around discovery. A flexible visual system created consistency without restricting how individual products and vendors could be presented. The website translated that direction into a clear ecommerce journey.
Navigation, product discovery, vendor pages and checkout were planned around reducing friction for customers. Dedicated vendor functionality created the foundation required to onboard sellers and bring their products into the wider marketplace. Every element was designed to balance personality with usability, creating an experience that feels distinctly Mint Market while remaining commercially effective.

Brand Identity
Creating a distinctive marketplace brand
Mint Market needed an identity that could be recognised independently from the products sold through it. This idea influenced the wider visual language, from flexible compositions and product-led layouts to the way categories, vendors and featured collections are introduced. Typography gives Mint Market its recognisable digital character.
The result is a visual world capable of evolving alongside the platform and the vendors it supports. Mint Market provides the recognisable framework, while individual sellers retain the personality and product presentation that make them distinctive. This provides Mint Market with a complete brand foundation rather than a visual style limited to the ecommerce platform.

Website Design & Development
Creating a two-sided marketplace
The website needed to work equally well for customers and vendors. Product imagery, descriptions, pricing, variations and purchase actions follow a clear hierarchy. Every ecommerce decision can influence whether a customer completes a purchase.
Navigation, imagery, product information and purchase actions adapt carefully to different devices, maintaining a consistent experience from first visit to completed order. Customers need to feel confident when purchasing from a multi-vendor platform. This gives Mint Market a digital foundation capable of supporting the platform’s commercial ambitions as the marketplace develops.

The connected impact
More reason to return and buy.
Mint Market now has a distinctive brand identity and scalable multi-vendor ecommerce platform built around discovery. The identity gives the marketplace a clear and memorable presence while providing enough flexibility for individual vendors and products to retain their character. The website connects customers and sellers through one consistent experience, making products easier to explore and creating clearer routes from discovery to purchase.
Vendors have a professional platform through which to reach customers, while Mint Market has the digital infrastructure required to expand its range and audience. The result is a connected marketplace where brand, commerce and technology work together to create value for every side of the platform.
Overall results
Measured across the connected programme rather than isolated channel activity.
